1. plan ahead
-Easier said than done, but try your best not to procrastinate. This means no more putting things off or waiting until the night before to start studying.
2. organize & lists
-Lists are your friends. Whether it's in an app or written on paper, they can help you visual everything that you need to get done and order them so you know exactly what you have to do. Prioritizing does wonders.
3. remember that stress is good
-In moderation, stress is beneficial. Although it seems terrible, it helps to push you enough to do your best. So as long as you aren't stressing out too badly, stress is normal.
4. cram.
-This tip is specifically for tests. No, cramming doesn't replace studying, but it does help to get the information into your head right before a test.
5. remember to relax
-Even if something is super important, you need to save some time for yourself and you need to get enough sleep. Also, remember that this probably won't really matter too much in a few years.
6. don't stress when it's over
-After you finish whatever was stressing you, take a breather. There's no sense in worrying over something that you can't change anymore. Take this time to relax or prep to tackle your next task.
